Meet the Founder

Chevelle Kuhfeldt

I didn’t build S.W.A.T. Fitness from a highlight reel. I built it after having twins in 2019.

That season changed everything.


Like many moms, I found myself exhausted, uncomfortable in my body, and wondering how I had slowly put myself at the bottom of my own priority list. What started as a desire to “lose the baby weight” turned into something much bigger. A passion for strength, discipline, and personal responsibility.

I didn’t just want to be smaller.

I wanted to be strong.


That decision sparked what would become S.W.A.T. Fitness — Successfully Working At Transformation.


For the past five years, I’ve coached women through fat loss, muscle building, postpartum rebuilds, and identity shifts. I’m certified in women’s fitness and nutrition, but more importantly, I understand what it takes to transform while raising a family because I’m doing it too.


I’m a mom of four.


I know what it’s like to juggle practices, sleepless nights, family dinners, and still show up to train. I know what it feels like to restart on Monday. And I know what changes when you stop negotiating with yourself and start raising your standard.


My mission isn’t just to help moms lose 20+ pounds. It’s to help them build visible strength, develop disciplined habits, and lead their families by example. Because when a mother transforms, her household follows.


And that’s the legacy I’m committed to building — in my home and in yours.
